For many years I invested in Real Estate and managed my own rental properties. When the market took off I sold most of those properties for huge returns. For the past several years it has been impossible to purchase properties that could turn a profit so I have sat on the sidelines.

That has changed. The foreclosure market, a decline in values, a tight mortgage market and lack of buyer confidence has returned these properties to pricing levels that can turn a tidy profit on a monthly basis and I think this spring is going to be very hot, but it won't last long, these low prices are going to start a new feeding frenzy so if you ever thought of investing in real estate please call me.

When I say there is a killing to be made in this market I absolutely mean it. How would you like a 10% or 20% return to start and then maybe another 300% 5 years from now when you sell the property!

And don't listen to the people that tell you how risky being a landlord is. Or people that say that tenants don't pay the rent, whenever someone says that to me I ask them if they ever rented an apartment, then I ask if THEY paid the rent, they say "of course" and I say, you think your special? They never know how to answer that!

After almost 20 years of being a landlord I know all the tricks and can guide you into a very profitable business.

If you have any questions, or have been told by someone that this is not a good business to be in call me and let me dispel the myths and find a way to help you profit in 2009. I have mortgage reps, lawyers, contractors and anything else you need at my disposal and the experience to guide you.

If your a friend that has moved out of state and want to pursue this please call me and I will refer you to a great realtor in your area.
